SELLERS/LANDLORDS
Sellers/Landlords will be required to show proof of identity in order to sell or rent real property
Sellers/Landlords will be required to sign a listing agreement to sell or rent real property
Sellers/Landlords will be provided with the latest Fair Housing Notice
